Program Evaluation & Research Learning Exchange: Process Evaluation

Most evaluations are designed to measure outcomes. Process evaluation helps the evaluators determine whether program activities have been implemented effectively and measure their impact on outcomes. In this session, we learn about how to develop process evaluations and how it can inform organizational practices.
